A couple of weekends ago. Wayne and I went for a walk hoping to spot the Bee Orchids, but on that occasion we saw none.
This evening at about a quarter to eight we thought we'd look again, so we went to the area where we'd seen them in previous years and were pleased to find several this time.
They were very hard to see as they were almost smothered by the long grass and weeds that they were growing among.
When we turned back to walk home the sun was starting the set.
