Poor Tux had a trip to the vet today. He got into a scrap with another cat and ended up with a bite wound on his face. Not wanting to visit the vet unnecessarily, I emailed them a photograph and they recommended I took Tux to them to be cleaned up and possibly have an antibiotic injection. Due to the pandemic I wasn't allowed into the veterinary hospital. Tux was collected from my car by a vet and a nurse and taken inside to be assessed and treated. \i them paid by telephone and Tux was then returned to the car. It all worked very well. Thankfully he is OK and none the worse for his injury.
