This morning we took the chain ferry across the water again to Shell Bay for a drink in the waterside café and a paddle in the sea.
It was such a lovely sunny day and on returning to the apartment we were able to once again watch the comings and goings of boats, etc on the water.
Later after lunch we drove the short distance to Compton Acres - a series of gardens set in 10 acres.
There was so much to see.
In the evening we ate at a nearby pub, The Inn in the Park, Poole. I had a traditional Sunday Roast and it was lovely.
On the way back to the apartment we stopped briefly at Sandbanks beach for A short walk.
From the beach, the ferries were just as easy to see.
