The sunshine and blossom means an abundance of bugs.

My lilac tree is now in full flower.

Day 117 - April 26th

Today I had a Lensball delivered and was eager to try using it. This was my first attempt and I'm looking forward to playing around with it more.

Day 115 - April 24th

Since the lockdown began, people in our village have been painting and hiding rocks around the village for children to find. Lara decided to join in and painted this snail which she duly hid whilst out for a walk with Millie.

Day 114 - April 23rd

In addition to her cactus collection, Lara has several succulents. Recently they developed flower stalks which are now covered in small white flowers.

My Mum & Dad's garden is awash with beautiful blue bluebells.

After yesterday's rain, today dawned bright and sunny.

The weather took a turn for the worse this morning. After a week or more of lovely sunny weather, this morning our dog walk was in the rain.

On my trip to the supermarket yesterday, I picked up a couple of bunches of tulips. Suck pretty delicate colours.

The tulips in my Mum & Dad's garden are in full bloom. I love the garden at this time of year. IT's so colourful.

Day 104 - April 13th (Bank Holiday Monday)

Our dog walks through the fields are looked forward to all the more during this lockdown as it's an opportunity to get out of the house at the weekend.

Day 103 - April 12th (Easter Sunday)

Even during the lockdown we managed to have our annual easter egg hunt. Well done Lara for being the first to find all her eggs,

Day 102 - April 11th (Easter Saturday)

When taking MIllie for her walk today we discovered a newly built rock stack on the edge of one of the fields.

Day 101 - April 10th (Good Friday)

Lara and I decorated our little easter tree this afternoon with the little egg, chick and bunny decorations we have had for many years.

Day 100 - April 9th

We spotted a Shield Beetle today sitting on a nettle leaf sunning itself.

Day 99 - April 8th

Today we celebrated a birthday. Steven turned 22.

Day 98 - April 7th

The Prime Minster Boris Johnson has written to every UK household urging people top stay at home to protect the NHS and save lives. Our letter arrived today.

Day 97 - April 6th

Beautiful vivid pink blossom spotted today on my walk with Millie.

Day 96 - April 5th

Many of the trees on our walk today were covered in blossom - so pretty.
