Winter Photography Scavenger Hunt
Several times I have attempted (and failed) to complete the Winter Photography Scavenger Hunt organised by Eileen at A Bracelet of Days blog. This year I decided to give it a go and this time I've succeeded and managed to find all 20 items on the list.

Day 86 - March 27th
In recent months I've been taking part in a Winter Photography Scavenger Hunt. One of the items to photograph was 'The Oldest Thing I Own'. I've posted about this bell before. It came from the Methodist Church which I used to attend and potentially dates from 1897 when the Sunday Schoolroom was built onto the church.

Day 84 - March 25th
This morning we went for a walk in Maulden Wood. We started by walking part of the Faith Woodlands Trail and then ventured onto other bridleways and paths.
As with the other woods we have walked in recently there was fungi to spot.
Signs of spring were also evident ...
Catkins
Old Man's Beard
Gorse

Day 83 - March 24th
Wayne sent me this photo today of a rainbow taken from the car park at work. If you look closely you can spot the beginnings of a second one above it.

Day 78 - March 19th
This afternoon we went for a stroll around Wrest Park.
The grounds of Wrest Park always look different depending on the time of year.
At this time of year Primroses are growing in the wooded areas....
.... and the trees are sporting new growth.
We spotted a heron on the other side of the water. We saw one in the same spot in January, I wonder of it was the same one.
