Day 2 - January 2nd
For Christmas Wayne gave me a Kenwood mixer. For many years I have coveted my Mum's mixer and I am thrilled to now have my own, funky, red mixer.
Today I decided to try the mixer for the first time and the resulting chocolate cake was delicious.
