Dy 269 - September 26th


We have a glut of tomatoes so I found a recipe online for Tomato & Onion Relish. 1.5kg of tomatoes made enough relish to fill three decent size jars.

Looks good. We have struggled to find tomato relish here, perhaps I should give it a try.
