Mum pointed out these unusual Parrot Tulips growing outside their house. They are growing in tubs and although not quite in full bloom are still really striking and so unusual.
I like the spiky texture of the petals.
They also have this gorgeous red and cream variety.

These are both lovely! Particularly like the feathery parrots.
