Day 131 - May 11th

Why do supermarkets put such short dates on cut flowers? This weekend I again bought a couple of hugely reduced bunches of flowers which were on their sell by date. They are beautiful and from past experience will still look good for quite a while.

The pink Gerbera flowers are particularly pretty.
