Lara came home from school today with a little green box containing a sweet little Christmas cake that she had made and decorated as well as a home made 'quilled' Christmas card. I do love the homemade goodies the children bring home when they are at the lower school.

Lovely little cake, I miss the school cards and things the kids used to make!
What a lovely little cake and card that Lara has made. I agree with you that it is so nice to see all these handmade things that the children make at school - hope this does not get kicked off the curriculum.
