Our journey always takes us underneath this bridge, which I have mentioned in blog posts before and, which has recently been in the news.
The bridge is the only Edwardian bridge on the M25 and since the 1960s has had the seemingly random 'GIVE PEAS A CHANCE' graffiti on it. This made it an interesting landmark for M25 users and there is even a Facebook group with nearly 8000 followers celebrating the amusing graffiti.
However, recently someone has replaced the graffiti with the 'GIVE HELCH A BREAK'. Many people have been upset by the change and a petition started to get the original graffiti reinstated.
