Winterton beach is so unspoilt - no amusements arcades or shops, just a wonderful beach and beach cafe. Being a Sunday morning there were lots of other people on the beach (including a large group of dog walkers) but as the beach is so long it didn't feel at all crowded
We walked along the beach looking in the pools of water left behind when the tide went out. Sadly we didn't spot any crabs.
After lunch at the cottage we drove to Great Yarmouth. We walked up the pier and sat in the sunshine.
